Sunset Vista sits between Wears Valley and Townsend and borders the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This cabin is one of a kind and is perfect for anyone looking to get outdoors and explore the mountains! 

Cabin Layout

Main Floor

Open-concept living area that opens to the dining room and kitchen, new electric range and fridge have been installed since pictures. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom opens up to the deck close to the hot tub. The door from the dining room leads to the upper deck with a table and hot tub.

Upstairs

The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed with an incredible view out the window. The loft features a queen bed. The two upstairs bedrooms share the bathroom with a jacuzzi tub.

Downstairs

Walk down the stairs from the main living area and you will enter the game room. Watch your favorite game on the 55-inch Roku tv while playing a round of pool. The kids will love the tent-shaped bed that has a trundle bed. The trundle bed can also be opened and the two beds can be used together as a king bed. There is a full bathroom downstairs. The side entrance door is next to the parking area where the charcoal grill is. There is another back door/entrance in the hallway between the two bedrooms that leads out to the bottom of the two decks. Enjoy the sunset from the 2 decks on the back of the cabin as you enjoy your dinner or relax in the hot tub.

Important Information

WINTER WEATHER: Please note that there are some somewhat steep, windy roads leading to the cabin, as is very common in the area. The driveway leading to the cabin is also a short, fairly steep curve. If there is winter weather some of these roads may be impassable. Power outages are also very common when there is winter weather, and power outages can last for days. There is NOT a wood-burning fireplace in the cabin. Trip insurance is STRONGLY recommended as we will not give any refunds due to winter weather.
